The National Tourism Agency, in support of the status of the institution approved by the Council of Ministers No. 20, dated 18.01.2023 "On an amendment to Decision No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency", the structure and organizational structure of the institution approved by Order of the Prime Minister No. 175, dated 09.12.2016, as amended, announces a vacancy for the position of Head of the Finance and Internal Services Sector, in the Directorate of Finance and Support Services, category III-2.
- General job description
- Implementing the institution's annual budget and all financial decisions.
- Income registration.
- Recording expenses according to law and within the financial year.
- Control of warehouse operations and movements of monetary and material values.
- Tracking and calculating all institution expenses according to budget items.
- Preparation of annual financial statements.
EDUCATION: To have completed higher studies, Master of Science, Economic Sciences, Finance-Accounting Branch.
Type of work experience: Over 5 years of professional work experience.

- School completion diploma and notarized transcript.
- Photocopy of identity document.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Proof of health status.
- Proof of criminal record (Criminal record)
- Certification from the institution that there is no disciplinary measure.
- Photocopy of the Work Booklet (all pages that prove work experience).
- Field of knowledge
- Knowledge of Law No. 93/2015 "On Tourism", as amended.
- DCM No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency", as amended.
- Knowledge of Law No. 10296, dated 08.07.2010 “On Financial Management and Control”, as amended,
- Instruction no. 30 dated 27.12.2011 “On asset management in public sector units”.
- Knowledge of Law no. 9936 dated 26.06.2008 “On the management of the budget system in the Republic of Albania”, as amended.
- Knowledge of Law No. 90/2012, “On the organization and functioning of state administration”;
- Knowledge of Law No. 9643 dated 20.11.2006 "On Public Procurement", as amended.
We inform all interested parties that on the date 27.09.2023 at 1100 An interview will be held at the AKT institution for the vacant position of Head of the Finance and Internal Services Sector, in the Finance and Support Services Directorate.
The selection of the winning candidate will be done through a competition with files and direct interviews.
At the conclusion of the candidate evaluation, the Human Resources Unit at AKT will notify them individually electronically of the results (via e-mail address) and will announce the winners on the official AKT website.
