The National Tourism Agency, in support of the status of the institution approved by the Council of Ministers No. 20, dated 18.01.2023 "On an amendment to Decision No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency", the structure and organizational structure of the institution approved by Order of the Prime Minister No. 175, dated 09.12.2016, as amended, announces a vacancy for the position of Specialist, Legal and Procurement Sector, in the Directorate of Finance and Support Services, category IV-a.
- General job description
- It reviews and controls, from a legal and juridical perspective, the communications of the AKT with other institutions or third parties.
- To represent the interests of the AKT institution, referring to the authorization of representation in judicial cases, in which the institution may be the plaintiff or defendant.
- To draft, within the legal deadlines, complaints, lawsuits, claims, appeals, submissions, referring to the legislation in force for the judicial processes for which he has been authorized in writing or verbally.
- To follow up and report to the Director of Procurement at AKT, the implementation of procurements referring to the relevant approved register.
- It is tasked with preventing conflicts of interest in working groups established with technical staff within the AKT to manage public procurement funds.
- Performing all other duties in the legal field assigned by the relevant director of the AKT or by the direct superior
EDUCATION: To have completed higher education in Legal Sciences.
Type of work experience: Have 3 years of work experience in the profession.

- Field of knowledge
- Knowledge of Law No. 93/2015 "On Tourism", as amended.
- DCM No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency", as amended.
- Knowledge of Law no. 44/2015, “Code of Procedures of the Republic of Albania”.
- Knowledge of Law No. 162, dated 23.12.2020 "On Public Procurement".
- Knowledge of Law No. 10296, dated 08.07.2010 “On Financial Management and Control”, as amended,
- Law no. 9125 dated 29.07.2003 “Labor Code of the Republic of Albania”
We inform all interested parties that on the date 25.04.2023 at 1100 An interview will be held at the AKT institution for the vacant position of Specialist, Legal and Procurement Sector, in the Directorate of Finance and Support Services.
The selection of the winning candidate will be done through a competition with files and direct interviews.
At the conclusion of the candidate evaluation, the Human Resources Unit at AKT will notify them individually electronically of the results (via e-mail address) and will announce the winners on the official AKT website.
