The National Tourism Agency, in support of the status of the institution approved by the Council of Ministers No. 20, dated 18.01.2023 "On an amendment to Decision No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency", the structure and organizational structure of the institution approved by Prime Ministerial Order No. 175, dated 09.12.2016, as amended, announces a vacancy for the position of Marketing Specialist, Marketing Sector, in the Marketing and Promotion Directorate, category IV-b.

• General job description

1. Implements the National Tourism Development Strategy as well as the National Marketing Strategy in the Tourism Sector.
2. Prepares and organizes participation in national and international fairs (logistics, content, participating staff, materials).
3. Contacts with participating entities in international fairs, with other public and local government institutions, and coordinates work on national and international events and conferences.
4. Follows the registration procedures of participating entities in national and international conferences or fairs, for the most dignified presentation of the AKT.
5. Monitors entities participating in fairs.
6. Prepares reports on each fair and activity in which AKT participates.
7. Follow up on contacts created with the aim of promoting tourism.

EDUCATION: To have completed higher education, Economics, Marketing Department

Type of work experience: Over 2 years of professional work experience.

Have good knowledge of the English language

3. Curriculum vitae.
4. Proof of health status.
5. Proof of criminal record (Criminal record)
6. Certification from the institution that there is no disciplinary measure.
7. Photocopy of the Work Booklet (all pages that prove work experience).

• Field of knowledge

1. Knowledge of Law No. 93/2015 "On Tourism", as amended.
2. DCM No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency", as amended.
3. Law no. 9125 dated 29.07.2003 “Labor Code of the Republic of Albania”
4. Knowledge of Law no. 44/2015, “Code of Procedures of the Republic of Albania”.

We inform all interested parties that on the date 13.03.2023 at 11⁰⁰ An interview will be held at the AKT institution for the vacant position of Marketing Specialist, Marketing Sector, in the Marketing and Promotion Directorate.

The selection of the winning candidate will be done through a competition with files and direct interviews.

At the conclusion of the candidate evaluation, the Human Resources Unit at AKT will notify them individually electronically of the results (via e-mail address) and will announce the winners on the official AKT website.
