Albania is set to reclaim its position as a epicenter for European tourism promotion with the beginning of the Albanian Tourism Week in Tirana from April 5-9.

The Albanian Tourism Week will kick off with the International Tourism Fair in Tirana, known as “ITFT 2024,” scheduled to take place near the “Italia” square on April 5-6. This event will mark the culmination of activities with the first-ever hosting of the 70th Meeting of the Commission for Europe of the World Tourism Organization in the capital.

As a significant event on the TEA National Tourism Calendar, the fair promises to be a showcase for Albanian tourism, featuring renowned figures in the industry and highlighting the latest events and innovations within the sector.
Over two days, the fair will host a dedicated B2B program, attracting professional buyers from countries such as Denmark, Poland, Greece, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, and beyond, interested in purchasing tourism destinations in Albania and the region for various purposes including MICE, holidays, and medical tourism.

The event will place special emphasis on innovation and industry developments, bringing together expert professionals and companies from around the globe to exchange ideas and present projects shaping the future of tourism.
Visitors to the fair will have the opportunity to explore new destinations, attractive tourist offers, and learn about the latest trends in the sector.
