Tirana East Gate Mall is the newest and largest shopping mall in Tirana, Albania. It is located about four kilometers from the city center, just off the national road Tirana-Elbasan, in the Lundra region. The Tirana East Gate was opened on November 26, 2011 and is about 90,000 square meters of retail space. The building has two floors and accommodates 180 shops, 10 bars, cafes and 5 restaurants. Approximately 3,300 parking spaces are available. Around 2,000 people are employed at the mall. Four bus lines connect the city with the Tirana East Gate. TEG is part of Balfin Group, one of the biggest investors in Albania and in the Balkans.
