The German tabloid “Bild” has ranked Albania the top European destination for 2025.

“Albania will be a sought-after spot for sun seekers and beach lovers. The Albanian Riviera is home to crystal-clear waters, hidden coves, and breathtaking coastlines like those found in Ksamil and Himara. Unlike the packed Mediterranean hotspots, visitors can still discover tranquil beaches and embrace nature here,” states Bild.

“Bild” lists Albania alongside other remarkable destinations such as the Puglia region in Italy, Slovenia, Georgia, North Macedonia, and the Azores islands in Portugal.

From January to August of last year, more than 253,000 German tourists visited our country, showing an impressive increase of over 18 percent.
