The latest developments of Tourism in Albania and the launch of direct flights from Amsterdam to Tirana were at the center of the meeting held today by the General Director of the National Tourism Agency Zana Çela with the Ambassador of the Netherlands in Albania, Reinout Vos.
The Director of AKT, gave an overview of the developments of the tourism sector in Albania and informed Ambassador Vos about the organization of a Fam trip for the delegation of the company Transavia from AKT, on April 15-17 in some of the most popular and well-known tourist attractions of Albania, on the occasion of the inaugural ceremony of the Amsterdam-Tirana route flights.
The Dutch ambassador said that Albania is becoming more and more attractive to foreign tourists, due to the progress made in the development of rural tourism, agro-tourism and adventure tourism.
In this aspect, Mrs. Çela emphasized the importance of the TEA National Calendar of Events, distributed in 76 countries of the world, which is already a guide for foreign tourists, with activities throughout the year.
