In support of article 7 point 1/b, of law no. 162/2020 “On public procurement”, of Council of Ministers No. 1195, dated 05.08.2008 “For the purchase, development, production and co-production of programs or advertisements for broadcast by radio and television operators or publication in the print media and for contracts for broadcast time by state administration bodies" and DCM No. 298, dated 20.04.2016 "On the organization and functioning of the National Tourism Agency" as amended, as well as in response to the Invitation for Negotiations published on the website of the National Tourism Agency www.albania.al , near the premises of the AKT (infopoint office) based on the order of the Head of the Contracting Authority with no. 59 dated 08.042026 on the establishment of the bid evaluation committee, the committee reviewed and evaluated the file with the documentation submitted by you, for the procedure with the object: "Production and broadcasting of 4 (four) promotional videos (Spots) on the topic "Albania Beyond the Sea" with a limited fund 9,482,555.67 Lekë without VAT (nine million four hundred eighty-two thousand five hundred fifty-five point sixty-seven).
Referring to the above-mentioned procedure, we inform the economic operator Fabrika shpk with Address: Liqeni i Thatë, Nd 15, H.1 Farkë, Selitë, that the submitted offer is worth 9,047,667 lekë without VAT (nine million forty-seven thousand six hundred and sixty-seven) and 10,850,000 lekë with VAT (ten million eight hundred and fifty thousand) has been identified as a successful bid and consequently you are the winner of the procedure.
You are kindly requested to appear before the Contracting Authority, the National Tourism Agency, at the address: “Gjergj Fishta” Street, Shallvareve Palace, No. 12 A, Tirana, within 5 (working) days from the date of receipt of this notice for the submission of the contract security and the further continuation of this procedure.
