Bjeshkët e Nemuna are the main alpine mountain range of Albania. They are located in the north of the country and extend across the areas of Theth, Valbona, Kelmend, Vermosh and Tropoja. This mountain range represents the heart of mountaineering and hiking in Albania, known for its steep peaks, deep valleys and alpine nature.
