Dhërmiu is a coastal village located in the Himara municipality, in southern Albania, about 52 km from Vlora and 72 km from Saranda. The village is known for its beaches with clear blue water of the Ionian Sea, traditional houses with red roofs and the surrounding green nature.
Dhërmi has three main neighborhoods: Kondraqa, Gjileka and Dhërmi. On the hill is the monastery of Saint Theodore, while on the coast visitors can enjoy the beaches of Alevrat, Gjipesë and Gramës, as well as the Pirates' Cave. These attractions attract local and foreign visitors every year.
