It is located on the northern slope of the Shebenik peak, at an altitude of 1800 m, located in a large glacial complex cirque. It has crystal clear and cold water. During the winter it freezes on the surface. It is distinguished by its rich living world and forms an interesting ecosystem of alpine lakes. It has scientific (geological, geomorphological, hydrological, biological), aesthetic, didactic, ecological and cultural values. It is visited according to the Librazhd - Rajcë or Qarrishtë itinerary and then takes the pedestrian route to the monument.
