The Great Basilica is located within the Bylis Archaeological Park and is one of the most representative monuments of early Christianity in southern Albania. It dates back to the 5th–6th centuries and is distinguished by its large size, typical basilican layout and mosaic floors. The monument is open to visitors and is included in the park's standard tourist itineraries.
