The National Tourism Agency (AKT) participated in the fair Tourism & Travel Show Albania 2025, which took place in Tirana on February 12-13, 2025.
AKT was present at the opening ceremony and held B2B (business-to-business) meetings focusing on the Albanian tourism offer: natural destinations, cultural heritage, traditional hospitality.
The main organizer was Iceberg Exhibitions, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
Over 100 exhibitors and around 30 international businesses participated in the fair..
The main theme was "sustainable tourism": year-round development, social inclusion, hospitality of natural destinations.
The role and impact of the AKT
AKT was present as a national representative, aiming to strengthen Albania's image as an unspoiled, year-round tourist destination.
In the B2B meetings, AKT focused on presenting the country's tourism offerings which include: natural tourism, cultural heritage, and traditional hospitality.
AKT's participation in this fair constitutes an important strategic element for the development of Albanian tourism in international and regional markets.
