The National Tourism Agency organized a Fam-trip with the Daily Mail's freelance journalist, Ms. Jo Kessel, who visited the Albanian coast on June 24-28, 2024, with the aim of writing an article about holidays on the Albanian coast for the Daily Mail newspaper.
After the Fam-trip organized by the National Tourism Agency, on the front page of the British Daily Mail, the Albanian Riviera was presented with its enchanting beauties, blue beaches, dignified services and reasonable prices.
Journalist Jo Kessel recounted in her article her visit to the ancient city of Durrës, where she describes the magical experience of the Amphitheater, the Venetian Tower, and the dignified services of the Premium Beach Hotel in Golem.
She describes Vlora as a vibrant city, highlighting the beauty of the Lungomare and suggesting the Marinabay resort as an ideal place to relax. Her story also includes the awe-inspiring Butrint Archaeological Park and the welcoming standard of the Bougainville Bay resort in Saranda.
Her curiosity stops at the enchanting islands of Ksamil, where she explains exactly why Ksamil is otherwise called the Maldives of Europe and suggests Poda Boutique Hotel, Ksamil to try the rich cuisine of the area in front of the clear blue waters.

In this information tour, the AKT staff, led by Ms. Zana Çela, General Director of the National Tourism Agency, was engaged in presenting promotional materials for Albania's tourism in all the aforementioned destinations and held a series of meetings with hotel business leaders in Durrës, Vlorë, Dhërmi, Saranda and Ksamil, as well as presenting the TEA Application and showing them how to use it, the new services that the TEA Application offers.
