Qafë-Shtamë National Park is one of the most beautiful natural areas in Albania, located in the highlands around Kruja, northeast of Tirana. It extends over a large area of hills and mountain peaks, with altitudes reaching over 1,700 meters above sea level, offering a rich and diverse landscape between dense forests, alpine meadows and deep valleys. This park is known for its rich biodiversity, with forests of black pine, beech, oak and other vegetation characteristic of mountainous areas, while the fauna includes bears, wolves, foxes, wild boar and many species of mountain birds.
