Located on the eastern side of the Karaburun peninsula, the Pirates' Cave is one of the most unique landforms of the Albanian coastal relief. With a wide entrance and a depth of about 50 meters, it was formed by the continuous impact of waves.
Declared a Natural Monument for its landscape values and legends associated with its use as a haven for pirates in the Middle Ages.
