Tomorr Castle, also known as “Koprinishta”, is an ancient mountain fortification that rises above the village of Tomorr i Madh, on a rocky platform with a strategic and defensive position. Built on a cliff about 50 meters high, the castle has walls that date back to different periods, testifying to its use and reconstruction over the centuries. With an acropolis that extends over a perimeter of 210 meters, it served to control the area and protect the surrounding communities. Today, Tomorr Castle represents an attractive attraction for visitors seeking history, mountain landscapes and cultural heritage.
