Tamara Bridge

Tamara Bridge is located in the center of the village of Tamara, in Kelmend, over the Cem River. It is built of stone and has important historical and architectural values, dating back to the 15th–16th centuries. The bridge is named after a woman, Tamara, who according to tradition is related to the family of the Pasha of Shkodra. Today it is a Cultural Monument of the first category and a symbol of heritage in the Albanian Alps.
