Lakror baked under a saç is one of the most authentic and beloved dishes of the traditional cuisine of Devoll. Prepared with thin dough and with various fillings such as spinach, leek, onion or cheese, lakrori pumpkin is baked in a special sack, which gives it a unique aroma and taste.
