Now an authentic patented product of the Kelmendi area, an almost century-old recipe that consists in the preparation of this cheese. What makes this product special is the fact that the milk used comes from alpine pastures with numerous herbs, some of them with curative properties. The recipe for this cheese is not written down but passed down from generation to generation through inheritance.
