The Lushnja Congress Museum is located in the heart of the city and is one of the most important historical monuments in Albania. This museum is housed in the house where the Lushnja Congress was held on January 21–31, 1920, a key event that laid the foundations of the Albanian state after World War I. The house preserves the old civic architecture and contains original documents, historical photographs and objects related to the delegates and the developments of that time.
