The forests of Drenie cover an area of about 678 hectares and extend over almost all the hills of the village, creating a beautiful and impressive natural panorama. These forests are an important environmental and aesthetic asset for the Patos area. They are composed of different types of trees, dominated by pine, which extends over about 450 hectares, and oak, which occupies about 100 hectares. This plant diversity not only enriches biodiversity, but also helps preserve the climate and soil, making Drenie a precious natural area.
