Church of Saint Nicholas in Vergo

The Church of St. Nicholas is located in the village of Vergo, in the Delvina area, and is one of the most important monuments of cultural and religious heritage in southern Albania. Built in the traditional style of church architecture, the church is notable for its stone walls, simple but stable structure, and interior elements that reflect the old Orthodox tradition.

Inside, frescoes, icons and church objects belonging to different historical periods are preserved, making the church an important center of the spiritual culture of the community.
