Himara

It is a combination of the most interesting landscapes. The road leading to the town is entirely mountainous. A good part of it has no contact with the sea and as you approach Himara, the blue of the Ionian Sea reappears.

The first presentation is with old Himara and after the ruggedness of the relief, where there is no shortage of citrus and olive trees, it descends to its center. However, the antiquity of the place is identified with the old part of the city, which lies on the hill to the right of the existing city. Traces of the walls of the old castle dating back to the 4th-16th centuries are preserved and is the personification of the resistance of the inhabitants. Within the walls is the church, a monument of special value.

Himara Beach is another spot where you can enjoy sunbathing on the clean coast, diving in the blue sea, or even boating.
