Brati Bridge is located in the village of Brataj, in the municipality of Selenica, and is one of the most unique monuments of the cultural heritage of the area. It was built during the Ottoman period and served for centuries as a connecting node between the villages of the Vlora River and the trade routes that connected the area with the Vlora coast and other inland regions. Built with large stones and masterful techniques, the bridge has a high arch shape that gives it a majestic appearance and at the same time practical to withstand the flow of the Shushicë River, especially during high flows. Today, the Brat Bridge remains an important historical and tourist attraction, where visitors can enjoy not only its architecture, but also the surrounding natural landscape that is filled with greenery.
