It is located on the northern slope of Mount Kaptina, near the city of Bulqiza. The water comes from the Black Lake and creates a waterfall with a height of 20 m. The sound of the water can be heard at a considerable distance. It creates a view of stunning beauty. It has numerous aesthetic, didactic, ecological and touristic values. It is visited according to the Bulqiza city-monument itinerary.
