The only public zoo in Albania, built in the 1960s and completed in 1966, the Tirana Zoological Park offers a rich collection of domestic and wild animals and birds. In the central gallery you can see species such as the lynx, wolf, fox, eagle, pelican and many others.
The park also has water basins where swans and wild ducks live, as well as a bird pavilion where canaries, parrots and pheasants are exhibited. A suitable destination for families and nature lovers, offering education and entertainment in a green environment.
