The Archaeological Park of Bylis is located about 20–30 km north of Fier and includes the ruins of the Illyrian city of Bylis, which dates back to the 3rd century BC. The complex includes a large amphitheater with a capacity of about 7,500 people, built in the form of a two-story promenade, as well as paved roads and waterworks, which testify to the high civic development of that time.
