It is located in the northeast of the village, 200 m from the shore of Lake Prespa. The monastery was founded in 1888 and became a religious object in 1996. The feast of the Monastery is celebrated on July 30th of each year and is a place of pilgrimage for the inhabitants of Prespa, as well as for visitors and foreign tourists.
