The panoramic balcony of the new Shëngjin–Velipoja road is located on Mount Renci, above Rana e Hedhu. It offers a wide coastal view that includes Cape Redon, the beaches of Tale, Vaini, Kuna, Velipoja and all the way to Ulcinj.
The balcony is equipped with parking, which allows for stops to enjoy the scenery and relax.
