Tulla Cultural Center

Tulla Cultural Center is one of the most active and alternative contemporary art spaces in Tirana, founded in 2014 as an independent cultural and community center. Located near the city center, it has become a meeting point for artists, musicians, intellectuals and the young urban public, seeking an open environment for creativity and cultural debate.

Tulla is a laboratory of ideas and artistic experimentation, hosting art exhibitions, musical performances, literary readings, debates, alternative cinema and educational projects. Thanks to its free and contemporary atmosphere, the center has created an active community of artists and organizations that use the space for cultural collaborations, presentations and international activities.

One of its distinguishing elements is the combination of urban culture with socially engaged art. It supports projects that address current topics such as identity, the city, the environment and the role of art in society, becoming an open platform for dialogue between artists and the public.

Today, the Tulla Cultural Center is one of the most important spaces of the Albanian alternative cultural scene, which encourages collaboration, experimentation and the development of independent art, contributing to the dynamism of Tirana's cultural life.
