During the Berlin Fair, ITB Berlin 2023, important meetings were held at the Albanian stand between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization Zurab Pololikashvili, the Mayor of Berlin Franziska Giffey, the General Director of Messe Berlin Dirk Hoffmann, and the Government Coordinator for the Coastal Economy and Tourism.
Also, the head of government and the Minister of Tourism and Environment Mirela Kumbaro held a meeting with representatives of well-known tourist operators and agencies in Germany, as well as publishers and directors of prestigious tourism magazines, in a discussion on Albania's perspective, in the framework of regional tourism development, as well as Germany's cooperative role in this regard, through investments in this sector as well as the promotion of Albania's extraordinary tourism potential in the German market.
These meetings were also attended by the staff of the Ministry of Tourism and the National Tourism Agency, headed by the Director General of the AKT, Zana Çela.
