NTA at the Tourism Travel Show, Albania 2025

The National Tourism Agency actively participated as a key supporter of the Third Edition of the “Tourism Travel Show Albania 2025” held on February 12-13 in Tirana. NTA showcased its commitment by featuring a central stand, serving as the primary hub for tour operators and visitors alike.

“To promote our destinations we must be as innovative and creative as possible in an increasingly competitive market”, said the Director of the National Tourism Agency, Ms. Zana Cela, in her speech at the opening ceremony of the Fair “Tourism Travel Show Albania 2025”.
“Fairs remain one of the conventional ways of promotion with the most sustainable impact. While digital marketing channels have become increasingly popular, human interaction and the power of face-to-face engagement remain unique”, said Ms. Çela.
For two consecutive days, the Fair became a place of inclusion and cooperation between tourism operators, businesses and various institutions.

The Director General of the National Tourism Agency, Ms. Zana Çela, hosted the Director of the Agency for the Promotion and Support of Tourism of North Macedonia, Ms. Biljana Stefanoska.

At the same time, NTA provided a valuable contribution to the content by organizing 4 panels, where expertise was provided on current topics in the tourism sector:
– The Role of Technology in Shaping Sustainable and Diversified Tourism;
– Sustainable Destination Management: Challenges and Solutions for the Balkan Region;
– Community-Led Tourism: Empowering Localities for a Sustainable Future;
– Innovative Tourism Products: Diversification as a Strategy for Economic Growth.

A meeting was held with representatives of the “Kosovo Tourism Union” and business, with the aim of addressing the issues identified during the 2024 season, in advance of the 2025 tourist season.

This fair brought together tourism industry professionals, 85 exhibitors from Albania and the region, as well as 40 international buyers.
